Returns and Refunds

You can return products purchased at JuVanty online store within 30 days of receipt.

Please note, we accept products back only in the complete delivery set, with all packages and stickers, with no signs of wear and washing. If there are such signs, we reserve the right to return them back to the sender.

In case of a product defect or incorrect order delivery set, the return shipping fee shall be paid by the Seller. If the size, style, color, length did not suit you, or for any other reason, the buyer shall pay return shipment. Please try to immediately choose the right size and fit, carefully read the product description with notes on recommendations for fit and size of the selected model.

If the order delivery was free, then when returning the products of good quality, if the amount of the final purchase, taking into account the return was less than 100, the shipping cost shall be deducted from the return amount.

The order amount is returned within 5-7 working days after its delivery to our warehouse.

Fill out an application for return (you can print it here) and attach it to the package. When sending a package at the post office, fill the packing list of the items to be sent. We do not accept claims on delivery set without the packing list. Return shall be issued only as a valuable package and shipped without cash on delivery.

We can refuse from returned packages for the following reasons:

1) violation of the integrity of the postal package (use only the original postal package, avoid sticking with tape (except postal) and other materials);

2) shipping cash on delivery.

 

Damaged product

We carefully check every order sent from the warehouse.

Before you accept the package, please inspect it and its contents for possible damage during delivery.

If damage is found after receiving the package, you can return it by filling out the return form. Print the form here.

We will refund the cost of products immediately upon their return.

Your order will be canceled and you will be able to place a new order.

 

Cashback

We provide cashback to the Buyer by bank transfer. For a transfer, specify the bank account and your own data in the cashback application form.

Cashback is made on the card the payment was made from. The money is returned only to the personal account of the buyer, on behalf of whom the order was made. We do not transfer funds to the personal account of a third party.

Product Exchange

If you want to exchange the products, first apply for a return and re-order the product on the website. Please try to find the right size and fit, carefully read the description with notes on recommendations for fit and size of the selected model.
